Who is SellerLink for?
Estate and letting agents who want to be in front of homeowners in their own postcodes at the moment those homeowners decide to talk to an agent.
Where does the seller start?
With just value on homvo: on the website, in the app, on area pages and under sold videos. Postcode in, address picked, a range back. Find me an agent sits under the range.
How many agents does a seller see?
Up to seven, all of whom work the postcode of the home being valued. The seller can choose one of them or all of them.
How is the order decided?
By the number of homes each agent has for sale (or to let) in that postcode, then by distance. Ties are drawn fresh for every seller. The same rule is shown to the seller above the list.
Can I pay to appear higher?
No. Nothing you pay changes your place on the list.
What do I receive when a seller chooses me?
Their name, their mobile or email, the address, the range and whether it is a sale or a let, plus how many agents they chose. It arrives in your dashboard as an enquiry, with an alert on your phone.
What if I am on the list and not chosen?
You hear that the seller chose other agents. You do not see their details or the names of the agents they picked.
Does it work for lettings?
Yes, the same way. Agents on a lettings list hold client money protection.
What happened to the valuation on my page?
just value now lives on homvo itself, so every request goes to the agents who work where the home actually is. Your page keeps your videos and your homes, and your window label opens your page.
Do I pay per seller or per enquiry?
No. There is no charge per seller and no charge on completion. Being on the list comes with membership.
