Every member agency on its patch, ranked by the work: videos live and enquiries earned. Rankings are never for sale.
Homes, video first
Search by bedrooms, postcode and nearby. Every result opens as video, so a viewing starts before anyone books one.
The valuation that walks in
A seller puts in their postcode and gets an honest range, for reference only, never a single figure. When they press sell my home, that enquiry goes to one member on the patch. Never shared, never auctioned, never resold.
Exclusive on both sides
One enquiry goes to one agency, on the open side and on your Branch Channel alike. Nothing here is passed around, weighed out or sold twice. Your patch sends its interest to you.
The code on your glass
Membership adds a private, branded channel for your branch: your videos, your page, your code on the shopfront window. We build the page for you from the videos you have already made.
Your page, built for you
Your Instagram work becomes your Branch Channel before your first login. Unlimited videos and listings, your branding, nobody else on the page.
The window card
A QR on the glass and on your print. One scan opens your channel: the whole branch, playing, for anyone standing on the pavement.
Enquiries, straight in
Applicants and valuations from your channel come to your inbox alone, with the video they came from attached.

Two founding seats per district
Each postcode district carries two founding seats, held by the local independents who take them. When a district is full, it is full. Ask about yours and we will tell you straight.
The founding rate is held for three years. Fairness earned by early risk, not a kindness.
The three year guarantee belongs to the founding member and does not survive a sale or merger of the agency. Any later membership will be a new one, at a new price, for whoever is deciding then.
