Is there any long-term contract or lock-in?
No. All homvo plans operate on a simple monthly rolling agreement. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time with no lock-in penalties.
What does 'Own Your Patch' mean?
Your patch is the area you work in, with your own page at the centre of it: your videos, your listings and your valuation, under your own name. It is never an exclusive area, and nothing is ranked for money, so no membership puts your videos above another agent's. Enquiries from your page come straight to you.
How do valuation credits work?
Free and Full plans include starter valuation credits. When a local homeowner requests an agent valuation via Just Value / SellerLink, responding uses a credit. You can purchase additional credit bundles anytime directly from your dashboard as your pipeline grows.
Can I start on Free and upgrade later?
Yes, absolutely. Many independent agents start with the Free & Pay as you go plan to get their branded page on the map and test ListingLink. When you want your videos joined to each home, you can upgrade in one click.
How do buyer enquiries reach me?
Each home video has your direct contact details, reference code, and enquiry button. When a buyer taps to enquire, the message and phone notification go directly to you (or your agency's central inbox on agency plans). There are no middlemen and no delays.
Can we add more than 5 agents to an agency plan?
Yes. The Full Agency plan includes up to 5 individual agent seats. If your team is larger, you can add our Team Add-on for £99/month + VAT, which expands your team allowance up to 15 active agents.
