Pravin Patel

Welcome to Pravin Patel

I’m Pravin Patel of Open House SW London & Surrey, a family-run estate agency covering Kingston, New Malden, Worcester Park, Sutton, Cheam, Epsom and Ewell. Three generations of my family have lived, worked and invested in this part of South West London and Surrey for more than 45 years, so I know these streets as a neighbour first. I handle every sale personally, from the first valuation to completion, with pricing based on real local sold evidence rather than guesswork.
